Beginner Belly Dance

Our focus will be on providing basic technique training, incorporating styles of Studio Sublime, the troupe I have been with for the past 6 years (Greek, Egyptian and contemporary styles; zills and veils) and Get Bent Studio with whom I have been studying the past two summers, and under whom I have completed teacher training certification (Bollywood, Tribal, Egyptian), tying it all together with my own approach to dance as a means of connecting to our inner Goddess, experiencing the sacred, healing and empowering ourselves and one another, and embracing all ages, sizes, and cultural backgrounds.

Invoking the Goddess

Invoking the Goddess is a celebration of the divine feminine in all of us. By aligning with Goddess archetypes we bring the wisdom and benevolence of the Mother Spirit to the practice of magic ritual, pagan tradition, sacred dance, divination, and communion with nature.

Through empowering our natural gifts of intuition,

nurturing, and healing, we awaken ourselves to the shift in consciousness which has been anticipated across cultures toward peace and female governance.

This course will be held over two eight-week sessions. The approach will be inclusive, appealing to all levels of background; a coming together of our feminine spirit in strength, celebration and abundance.

This is the online version of Erin's popular course. Students are encouraged to follow this course outline, and will share their experiences and online documentation for the benefit of the group dynamic.

Over an eight week session students undergo a journey of manifesting - learning to embrace life as an art form and practicing the process of transforming ideas into the literal and physical as a way of life. The timeline is designed to enable students to come out of the course with a new habituated way of thinking, cultivated with the support and inspiration of the group setting.
