I took an unexpected Haitus from musing this week on account of travel complications!
As you soak up the last rays of summer you may wish to sip a Pina Colada with one of those cute tiny umbrellas my mom used to bring me home from her date nights when I was 5 (don’t get all weepy I had real toys too) and catch the last of the Summer Drive In features wherein I assign a movie and then talk about it’s brilliant emotional teaching moments in my next week’s musing. It’s way more fun than it sounds, I promise. This week we outsmart some bad guys in DIVERGENT a film of the dystopian genre. How is that an escape from every day reality Erin #firefloodplague? Well this one is a bad ass version of it, where the downfall of civilization actually causes us to dress better and look hotter and become heroic version of our end times selves. By next week I’ll be in your inbox with a hack for fear, oppression, powerlessness and how to look sexy running with full makeup.
